Meet the Founder

Humans aren't problems to solve. They're potential waiting to be seen.

Biljana Mirceva learned this during years in Quality and Training Management, then proved it through MBA research on employee empowerment in Swiss MedTech. The data revealed what she'd always sensed: people are hungry to grow, but our structures aren't built for it.

The missing ingredient isn't technical. It's embodied. Human connection and communication in the middle of real work, real pressure, real life.

SKILLT was founded in 2025 on a refusal to choose. Research rigor and creative intuition. Business results and human wellness. Individual breakthroughs and collective transformation.
